Plate Making / Digital Plates

Our conventional plates are produced on a cyrel platemaking system and can be ordered in all plate gauges from 45 thou to 250 thou.

Digital plates are output via our Flexrip and made in our ESKO Cdi Spark system. Strict quality control checks are carried out at every procedure during the plate making process to ensure that the customer receives the best quality product.

Artwork Origination & Repro.

Our studio is equipped with Apple Macs which are allied to a flexrip rip and ESKO Cdi Spark digital platemaker as well as a Harlequin rip to our ECRM film output unit.

We produce high quality reprod artwork supplied in a format suitable for you whatever you may request, from a label to large corrugate boxes, from one colour to eight colours, we have the know how to meet your requirements.

Digital Artwork Management Service

We offer our customers the chance for Design and Flexo to hold on file all their technical information such as cutter guides, drawings, logos, finished artwork etc., and can send any element pertaining to any job, to anywhere globally. The benefits of this service is that the customer can contact us directly instead of jobs been spread with various suppliers. This service eliminates potential communication errors thus saving time and needless cost.

UV Varnish / Coating Plates

In addition to our conventionalFlexographic services, we supply polymer backed Flexographic plates to the litho printing industry, for gloss or matt varnishing, either spot or all over coating. These plates are produced up to B1 size.
